The Role

Do you enjoy building relationships, solving problems, and helping customers make sure their insurance keeps up with their lives?

We're looking for a customer-focused Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member to service and retain our existing customers while identifying opportunities to better protect their households through additional products and services.

What You'll Do

Educate customers on available options and make recommendations based on their needs.
Meet established retention, customer service, and multi-line goals.
Assist customers with policy questions, changes, billing concerns, and coverage reviews.
Conduct proactive account reviews and follow up with existing customers.
Build strong relationships that improve customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

Bilingual English/Spanish required.
Florida Property & Casualty license required or ability to obtain.
Life & Health license required or ability to obtain.
Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Organized with excellent follow-up.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Insurance agency/customer service experience preferred.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
