We’re looking for a motivated, sales-driven Agent Aspirant who wants to grow their insurance career, develop leadership skills, and gain hands-on experience in the sales and operations side of an agency.
What You’ll Do
- Sell insurance products and actively pursue new business opportunities.
- Develop relationships with current and prospective customers.
- Follow up with leads, cross-sell, and identify additional customer needs.
- Help customers review available products and coverage options.
- Support marketing, community outreach, and agency growth initiatives.
- Learn the sales, leadership, and operational skills involved in running an agency.
Requirements
- Florida Property & Casualty license required or ability to obtain.
- Life & Health license required or ability to obtain.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Customer service, sales, business development, or marketing experience preferred.
Compensation: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
